5. Visa Services

CEEGO provides visa assistance and documentation support only.

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.

CEEGO cannot guarantee:

Visa approval
Processing timelines
Appointment availability
Embassy decisions

Applicants are responsible for providing complete, genuine, and accurate documentation.

Visa Services Terms & Conditions

No Guarantee of Visa Approval

CEEGO Travel provides visa assistance and documentation support only. The approval or rejection of any visa application is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority. CEEGO Travel has no influence over the outcome of any visa application and does not guarantee visa approval.

Visa Processing Time

Visa processing times are determined entirely by the respective Embassy or Consulate and may vary depending on individual circumstances. Processing may take longer than the estimated timeframe. CEEGO Travel shall not be held responsible for any delays in visa issuance.

Delayed Visa Issuance

If a visa is not issued before the intended travel date, CEEGO Travel shall not be held liable for any losses, cancellations, or expenses incurred. Visa issuance remains at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate.

Visa Rejection

In the event of a visa rejection:

Visa fees paid to the Embassy or Consulate are non-refundable.
Visa assistance charges paid to CEEGO Travel are strictly non-refundable, as these visa services have already been agreed once the application process has commenced.

Booking Cancellation

If a client cancels the visa service after booking but before submission of the application, an administrative cancellation fee of AED 100 will be deducted. The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded. Once the visa application has been submitted or processing has commenced, no refund of service charges will be applicable.

Client Responsibilities

The applicant is solely responsible for:

Providing complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents.
Carrying all required travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and any other documents required by the Embassy, Consulate, airline or immigration authorities.
Verifying and complying with validity of passport and visa applicable to their destination.

Refusal of Boarding or Entry

CEEGO Travel accepts no responsibility or liability if the traveller is denied boarding by an airline or refused entry into any country due to incomplete, incorrect, expired, or insufficient travel documents, or failure to meet immigration or health requirements.

Visa Assistance Services

CEEGO Travel’s visa assistance fees cover professional guidance, document verification, application preparation, form completion, and submission assistance to the relevant Embassy or Consulate. These fees are charged for the services provided and are independent of the visa decision.

Re-Application After Rejection

If an applicant chooses to submit a new visa application following a rejection, the application shall be treated as a new request. All applicable Embassy fees, and CEEGO Travel service fees shall be payable again.

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess:

A valid passport
Required visas
Health certificates (where applicable)
Travel insurance (where required)
Any additional documents required by the destination country

CEEGO is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Payments

Payment must be made using the methods accepted by CEEGO.

Bookings may not be confirmed until full or agreed payment has been received.

Applicable taxes, airline charges, supplier fees, and government charges may apply.

8. Cancellation, Refunds & Changes

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on:

Airlines
Hotels
Tour operators
Visa authorities
Insurance providers
Other travel suppliers

Service fees charged by CEEGO may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable supplier’s policy and may take time depending on the payment provider and supplier.

9. Limitation of Liability

CEEGO acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers.

We are not liable for:

Flight delays or cancellations
Hotel overbookings
Visa refusals
Immigration decisions
Lost baggage
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Political events
Airline schedule changes
Supplier insolvency
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that:

Visa requirements remain unchanged
